I don't know why I can't find joint_state_publisher in noetic

Hi I'm using ubuntu 20.04 & noetic & windows 10

This is my launch file


$ roslaunch testbot_description testbot.launch $ rviz


Rviz is working(I can see manipulator). But jointstatepublisher window is missing. So I can't control my manipulator..
