TurtleBot3 - docking to the marker
Hi, first of all, sorry for my English, but it’s not my native language. This is my first post here, so sorry if I described something wrong.
I need to create a project related to TurtleBot3 (Burger). It is supposed to dock the turtlebot to a given marker on the map. For example: we glue an equilateral triangle or hemisphere to the wall, turtlebot scans the surroundings, puts it on the map and starts docking to this point.
For this moment I have VirtualBox with Ubuntu with ROS installed, running Rviz and Gazebo. I can create a map scan and save it. I don’t know what I should do now.
I’m a total newbie to ROS etc so thanks in advance for any step by step help.
